Portal and API systems will be unavailable during system upgrade.

During the maintenance window you may experience degraded performance while in CulperIQ. During select periods, you may be unable to login. Due to an upgrade of the authentication system, once maintenance is completed you will receive an email with a link to complete setting up your user account - All of your previous roles and data will be tied to your new account though you will need to reset your password and re-register MFA.
